For orders outside Australia, we use Australia Post International airfreight, they are usually fast and reliable, we have been using their service for a few years without any major issue.  It will usually take less than 7 working days to get to most countries in the world.

For orders within Australia, we post items via Australia Post or Couriers Please.

For delivery outside Australia, freight charge is AUD45 for items weigh 1kg or less (including packaging), additional pairs within the same order are charged at AUD35 per pair. Note we contribute part of the shipping cost, as what we are charging does not actually cover the full cost.  Check Australia Post to see what they charge (we do receive a small discount).  Also in most cases we send additional pairs separately, to reduce the chance of parcel being checked by your local customs.

We understand customs in all countries might check imported parcels randomly, in such event the buyer is responsible for any tariff/customs duty as we are not familiar with your local customs regulation, and have no control over that, although we will help to reduce the chance of this happening by filing a reasonable declare value. If you order multiple items, in most case we send additional pairs separately, to reduce the chance of parcel being checked by your local customs.

If the items you order are in stock, you will usually receive within a week (Australia) or within 10 working days (outside Australia).  If items you want are in Back Order, it means we do not have stock, but can organise to have them made for you, usually within two weeks from the time you complete order.  It is advisable that you contact us prior to placing back orders.

We currently accept bank transfer and credit card payment via PayPal.

We currently use PayPal as our payment gateway, so PayPal and the banks are dealing with your payment, we do not actually handle any sensitive data.
