For orders outside Australia, we use Australia Post International Airfreight, they are usually fast and reliable, we have been using their service for a few years without any major issue. It will usually take less than 7 working days to get to most countries in the world.
For orders within Australia, we post items via Australia Post or Couriers Please.
Your parcel is insured automatically free of charge for up to AUD100. Additional insurance is optional, can be purchased during checkout.
All Prices are quoted in AU$ and include GST when applicable.
Delivery Time Frames
If the items you order are in stock, you will usually receive within a week (Australia) or within 10 working days (outside Australia). If items you want are in Back Order, it means we do not have stock, but can have them made for you, usually within two weeks from the time you complete order. It is advisable that you contact us prior to placing back orders.

If you wish to return a product please contact our customer service team by completing the Contact Us Form or email us to obtain a Return Authorisation Form. Returned products must be accompanied with original packaging, contents, and Return Authorisation form.
Return freight charges are at the purchaser’s expense. You are advised to send your package by registered post, and maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods. However if you are returning an item because it arrived damaged or there was an error processing your order, we will reimburse you upon receiving a receipt for freight.
